Who is a Satguru?

Satguru need not be wearing ochre robes, wear rudraksha beads and have beard. What a satguru needs is a plain heart, powerful speech, desire to serve, not expecting anything in return from others, renouncing one's mind. One who is like this whatever they say becomes reality.

According to God Rishi is better than Muni. A Muni performs tapas for his own good. But Rishi stays among every one and goes through difficulties everyone is going though and serves fellow human beings and shares divine blessings he has received with others. God always stays with such people. God does not stay away somewhere. He walks in a familiar form and keeps helping us. Just like a Golden plate cannot stand without help of a wall, God also needs an Atma to be present among us and move with everyone.

Satguru thinks of himself as a servant is God's garden. He feels it is his duty to remove weeds from the garden and grow plants which will give good flowers and offer them to God. He strives remove bad from hearts of men and prepare them for God's grace. He serves God and serves everyone also.

A tree gives shadow to everyone and does not restrict its shadow to only some people. But how people use the shadow is left to them. Some people stay for some time and eat couple of fruits and go away. Some people stay their life time and eat the fruits rest of their life. In same manner Guru takes equal care of every one who come to him at all times. So by seeking company of a Satguru and surrendering to him, their lives become meaningful. It is duty of Guru to help such devotees to get Grace of God. God gives such a Guru all powers in a gradual manner. Just like a father gives his sons a little money to start their own businesses. Later he gives more money to son who generate profit. If he keeps earning profits without losing the capital, he will handover his entire assets to his son and also stay with him. In same manner God will give more powers to Satguru who uses the powers to serve others and does not use for selfish purposes. If he continues to serves without any selfishness God will give all powers.

As mentioned in the above article, Guruji went through rigorous spiritual austerities. His style of pooja is unique. He taught the same to thousands of his devotees. Guruji is like any other normal being. No one will know he has so many divine powers. No one can imagine what he is capable of. Everyone believes only when they also experience the divine grace, even then with a trace of doubt. He never expects anything from others, but also declines if we offer something to him. He can tell about a person's birth, previous life, future events, what they are doing even without seeing them. He can even tell what the other person is thinking. Every one of those thousand devotees who have met him will know by their experience. Guruji says those who recognize him are his gurus. Guruji says God asks him to serve those who come to him without expecting any thing from them. It is only because he serves devotees without any selfishness God listens to him.

Guruji says his body is different and his atma with all powers is different. Whatever he is able to know about everyone is because God conveys them to him. If he makes mistakes even others will blame God indirectly for wrong predictions etc because his body is not permanent. So Guruji says he asks God to tell only truth while revealing information about those who come to him. Those who have met Guruji have received grace of God by receiving initiation, or by taking Image of Lord Hanuman or just by power of his speech. Most of Guruji's devotees know that predictions made by Guruji came true many times.
