Guruji's Teachings - 6

God has given a body with many parts. If this body is not cleaned for a day it smells. Our bodies are same except for the difference in sex. All bodies function same. They take in food and excrete the food. Our body is not permanent. It gets merged with earth sometime or the other. But our souls do not die. God sends soul from one body to another, or finally merges the soul within himself. 

When someone dies every body part remain in tact. Despite that fact every one say a man is dead. God says Atma is a form of light. Though body is big, atma is very small in a size of tiny atom. When a being dies, this small light form leaves the body. Because of this the body loses its heat and gradually becomes lifeless. 

To gain Moksha one need not renounce the world and become a yogi. But one should renounce in their mind all the desires and tie the mind to repetition of Sri Rama Nama. One should separate Atma (soul) from our body and place paramatma (universal soul). Paramatma means a sacred soul. This sacred soul is within us and when his house (our body) is kept clean and pure he can stay here. When we keep our mind clean then only God the King says inside. 

A stone take upon itself lot of hard blows from the chisel before it can turn into a Sivalinga that is worshipped by every one. In the same way, only when one stays undisturbed then one will gain grace of God. 

When all the layers of an onion are taken away one by the core of onion comes out. In same manner when all desires that cover our mind go away our divinity will come out. 

Fire gives same amount of heat irrespective of whether the heat is used to to cook rice, cook vegetables or cook meat because its nature is giving heat. In same manner God will give grace in same manner irrespective caste, creed, sex of a devotee because his nature is giving grace to devotees.

What effort have to done to see God?

A student studies from initial years through primary, secondary, college, university and other institutions for around 20-21 years under almost 300 teachers. During last year even if an attractive girl is sitting next to him during exams, he puts all his concentration on exam because he does not want to waste his 20 years of effort with getting diverted and writes the exam. He gets through the exam and gets a gold medal for his effort. But what he gets for all this effort it is an ordinary degree which temporary on paper. All the institutions and teachers cannot guarantee he will get a job. 

But a satguru says if a devotee surrenders his mind, body, atma to God, he guides devotees at all time. God helps devotee in any form. He will also give an opportunity to see HIM. If we take one step towards him, he will take ten steps towards us. Our efforts constitutes only 10 percent in getting God's grace. Rest 90 percent depends on Satguru's word and blessings. If one plants seed of God's name in one's mind, when a rain of Guru's blessings falls on him then only one will reap a harvest of God's blessing. So even if our teachers who can't give guarantee about job, Satguru will guarantee that when one follows his path, one can get God's blessings. A student studies for more than 20 years but what efforts do we put to gain God's grace which is permanent and true. Guruji said with help of a satguru by following his instructions one can get grace of God.
