Penguin releases book on Hanuman Chalisa

Shri Hanuman is famed for his single-minded devotion towards Lord Ram and Sita, setting unparalleled standards of devotion. 'The Hanuman Chalisa' (Penguin, Rs. 150) is a song in praise of Hanumanji composed in 16th century AD in Avadh by Saint poet, Goswami Tulsi Das. In the bilingual booklet, Parven Dewan provides the reader with the prayer in Devanagiri, a transliteration in Roman Script and a fluent English Translation.
