Meetings with Guruji

I have shared quite a few spiritual experiences in past articles. Every blessing I have received is because of my Guruji who granted me grace and set me on the path of devotion to Lord Hanuman. I have shared my experiences which motivated a few more spiritual aspirants to gain faith and take initiation from Guruji. When I was asked how they can talk to Guruji over phone, I conveyed to them that even I had such doubts and once I met him all my doubts vanished. 

Here I would like to highlight the aspect that I met Guruji only two times in person and these two meetings lasting a few hours each time was enough to leave a life long impression on my mind. Guruji predicted that I will be going to US even before I met him and hence on both occasions I met him, he told me all that he wanted to convey knowing well that we will not meet in person frequently. 

First meeting:

I was glad to meet Guruji and was thrilled at that first encounter. He revealed all about me. He spent around 45 minutes detailing my personality and some of the experiences I went through. Most amazing thing was he told me that I had an accident when I was 12 years, 3 months and 11 days old. Even I don't remember exactly on which I day I had this accident (I was involved in a bus accident), but this really convinced me that he is divinely guided to know about every one and I should take initiation from him. I was fortunate to get initiation on my first meeting itself and I profoundly cherish the first meeting which lasted 3 hours. Though my wife told me in advance about Guruji still my mental image was different from the person I saw. He was like an ordinary person. But his spirit is divine. One face-to-face conversation with him is sure to have a great effect on anyone. 

Second meeting: 

My second meeting was for more than 5 hours. This was just a few weeks before I came to US. Recognizing the fact that I will not be able to meet him for more than a year, he gave me all the advice that I would need. He anticipated what kind of doubts I will get over the years and cleared all my doubts. We were not sure whether I will be able to him as he was busy but he took time to come all the way from his house to Hyderabad and spend precious hours with us. I was really fortunate to get to spend so many hours with him and remember every word he said to us during this meeting. 

He gave advice like a father will give to their children. His advice was very convincing with lot of axioms. He repeatedly asked me what else we would like to know. He gave so much practical spiritual advice during that time and I felt I do not need anything more. I was sure that whenever I need help or need his blessings he will always be with us in some form or the other. It was really true and the experiences I had proved that. 

Some of the important points he made are:

• Think of God as father and always take his name before taking up any task. 
• If you feel there is any hurdle in a task you are taking pray to God sincerely and he will take care of the rest. 
• Seek God's blessings as many times as possible
• He will come and help you in times of need in many ways. He can come in any form and help you. 

As I narrated in my various articles: I did receive help from God on various occasions and I realized that if I don't surrender myself to God with trust and faith it is my fault and arrogance. I sincerely pray to God many times to remove pride and ego in my mind and retain my mind on his form. 

A few more words about Guruji

He is very soft spoken and his speech has lot of power. Whatever predictions he makes come true and he attributes all the predictions to God. He never asks any thing from us and is always willing to spend hours together to help his devotees. In this age where we don't have time for our family and friends, talking to him for hours is always a blessing. He always makes time for people who need him and never denies. Even when one talks to him over phone for the first time will feel at ease and never feel that we are talking to a stranger. The way he starts talking to us will remove all doubts in our mind. He can understand what is going on in our mind and talk accordingly. Any amount of words written about him are insufficient to convey his divine personality. 

Summary

Main point I wanted to convey through this article is: I met Guruji only two times but I continue to receive his blessings and direction every day. It is his love and divine power that guided me. My faith and trust in him made it possible and I am glad to be chosen to convey his work in the form of a website. (http://www.jaihanuman.org). It is very difficult to get a Satguru and I have been fortunate to meet Guruji and grateful to him. I do happen to talk him over phone once in a while and he always talks very sweetly and talks as if a father is talking to his kids.
